We are looking for Regular and Senior JVM Software Engineers to join various projects. We are developing several parallel initiatives within the JVM ecosystem: from large-scale modernization programs, through building new cloud‑based microservices, to smaller, independent services supporting key business processes. Technologies across our projects:

Backend: Java (8, 11, 17, 21), Spring / Spring Boot, JPA / Hibernate, REST, OpenAPI, Maven
Architecture & Integrations: Microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Camunda, JBPM (in selected projects)
Cloud & Infrastructure: Kubernetes (various levels of maturity), GCP (some projects), Helm, Docker, Jenkins, Kibana, ELK
Developer Tools: Git, Bitbucket, IntelliJ IDEA, JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, Jira, Confluence, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Renovate Bot, OpenRewrite

Qualifications

Must‑have skills (depending on the role)

  • Java + Spring Boot
  • Experience with REST APIs
  • Unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito)
  • Git
  • SQL
  • Kubernetes
  • Helm, Docker
  • Kafka / RabbitMQ
  • Jenkins (CI/CD)
  • Attention to clean code and best practices
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate with business stakeholders
  • Polish and English (minimum B2)
