This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, focused on managing key customer accounts and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. The role requires strong ownership of client interactions, real-time issue resolution, and proactive coordination with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless service outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, handling real-time customer queries and concerns.
  • Manage and resolve escalations promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer experience.
  • Coordinate closely with partners such as suppliers, hotels, and transport providers to address urgent service issues.
  • Provide immediate support for itinerary changes, service disruptions, or special customer requests.
  • Maintain clear, proactive, and empathetic communication with customers throughout their journey.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective resolutions.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to support service improvements and reporting.
  • Identify recurring issues or trends and share insights to improve processes and service quality.

Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or account management roles.
  • Proven ability to manage customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality service consistently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex queries and escalations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership for customer outcomes.
