We are seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented Product Designer to craft intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences for a complex enterprise B2B platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving deep usability challenges, translating abstract requirements into clear workflows, and designing products that balance functionality with visual clarity. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to shape end-to-end experiences—ranging from dashboards and data-heavy interfaces to interaction patterns and user journeys. You will play a critical role in defining how users interact with the platform, ensuring consistency, usability, and long-term scalability across features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user flows, interaction models, and information architecture for enterprise-grade workflows
• Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using modern design tools
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across the product
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into user-centered design solutions
• Design dashboards and interfaces that present complex data in a clear, actionable, and visually coherent manner
• Conduct iterative design exploration and refinement based on feedback and evolving product needs
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual clarity across all design outputs
• Support handoff to engineering with clear documentation, specifications, and interaction details
• Advocate for user experience best practices throughout the product development lifecycle

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong experience in UI/UX design for B2B or complex digital products
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layouts, and shared libraries
• Solid understanding of design systems, scalability, and consistency across large products
• Proven ability to create clear user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for clarity, hierarchy, and detail
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments
• Ability to think systematically and design solutions that scale as products grow
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale
• A user-first mindset combined with practical product thinking
