Independently execute daily packaging of industrial components using various tools and equipment. Work with the Team Lead and Supervisor on projects that develop the business. Mentor team members in executing standard work and provide input to reduce risk and safety related items. Demonstrate proficiency in LEAN tools and techniques to independently resolve issues. Interpret data and outputs to improve performance. Ensure accurate components are packaged and data is captured timely. Willingness to cross-train and assist other departments based on business needs.
