We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of procurement processes, solid negotiation skills, and a genuine curiosity and passion for the influencer ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll work closely with influencers and a wide range of partners, leveraging your expertise in procurement and cost management to negotiate project-based and annual partnership terms that directly impact collaboration outcomes and business results.
What You'll Do
Conduct cost analysis and lead price negotiations for projects with KOLs and external partners.
Design and execute negotiation strategies tailored to different types of collaborations, including project-based discounts, annual partnership terms, and incentive or rebate mechanisms.
Build and manage historical pricing and collaboration records for KOLs and partners to support negotiation decisions and cost rationalization.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure procurement processes, pricing confirmation, and payment terms are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor market trends and changes in the KOL and partner landscape, and provide strategic recommendations on procurement planning, annual partnerships, and cost optimization.
Support the development of consistent negotiation frameworks and communication principles internally, ensuring alignment and efficiency across multiple projects and partnership scenarios.
Who You Are
At least 3 years of experience in procurement and/or influencer marketing–related roles.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate positions and build long-term partnerships among multiple stakeholders.
Solid understanding of cost structures and strong numerical sensitivity, with the ability to evaluate costs and optimization opportunities from a holistic project perspective.
A collaborative team player with strong cross-functional communication skills.
Able to manage time effectively and maintain high execution quality in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Familiarity with social media platforms and the influencer industry landscape.
Intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to handle day-to-day work communication, read documents, and manage written correspondence.
