[KOREA] Supply Chain Specialist

  • Monitor and record daily inventory status using ERP/SAP systems
  • Monitor safety stock levels and promptly report shortages or excesses
  • Basic communication with suppliers (delivery schedule confirmation, inbound schedule inquiries, etc.)
  • Support management of 3PL-related costs and contract data
  • Support operation and documentation of special trade programs such as FTA, EPR
  • Manage key KPIs such as inventory accuracy, PO processing speed, 3PL service quality, import lead time, etc.
  • Propose and support process improvements for performance enhancement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and Higher in Supply Chin/Logistics or related field is a plus
  • Min 3 years above of proven experience in Health care supply chain management/logistics
    • Leading S&OP meeting with relevant departments(Commercial, RA/QA, Finance)
    • Experienced in Import operation and FTA
  • Effective writing and speaking skills in English and Korean
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (esp. Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
    1. Data analytical skills, skillful Excel and experience in SAP
    2. Preferred; using Global Planning system (RR etc)
  • Good sense of number, logical thinking and calculation
  • Capacity to work effectively with a wide range of people, build relationships, be diplomatic, and exhibit sensitivity to and understanding of the dynamics of a sophisticated organization
