What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payout infrastructure, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and globally efficient.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Treasury to solve complex financial systems problems.

• Define the long-term payments strategy while coaching other Product Managers to drive continuous product optimization.

The ideal candidate:

• Extensive experience in payments, payout infrastructure, or financial technology within high-growth or scaling environments.

• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving technical, regulatory, and financial considerations.
