POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Recruiter or Senior TA Partner to drive high-impact hiring initiatives. This role combines hands-on full-cycle recruiting with mentorship, strategic partnership, and process leadership.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented talent advisor with the ability to lead complex, hard-to-fill searches while driving high-volume hiring efforts, partnering effectively with stakeholders, and continuously raising the bar for recruiting excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level and hard-to-fill roles, including technical positions (software engineering, ML/AI, data science), as well as sales, marketing, operations, and other strategic functions.
Develop and execute proactive, high-volume sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines across multiple disciplines, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and success criteria for both technical and non-technical positions.
Serve as a strategic talent advisor to leadership, providing insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, competitive hiring practices, and workforce planning across all functions.
Mentor and guide recruiters and coordinators, fostering best practices in sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hiring processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
Enhance and standardize recruiting processes, including interview frameworks, evaluation tools, technical assessments, and competency-based scoring for multiple disciplines.
Drive an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer stage, ensuring consistent communication, engagement, and alignment with employer branding across diverse roles.
Analyze recruiting metrics and KPIs, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity of hires, and quality-of-hire, providing actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, and internal policies, including function-specific regulations for technical, sales, and other roles.
Contribute to employer branding, talent strategy, and workforce planning initiatives, helping attract and retain top talent across technical and business-critical functions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and workforce planning.
Demonstrated success recruiting for senior-level, highly specialized, and technical roles within the technology and energy sectors.
Advanced sourcing expertise, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, networking strategies, referrals, and sophisticated Boolean search methodologies to identify passive talent.
Experience mentoring and guiding recruiters, leading hiring initiatives, and driving best practices across talent acquisition teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers and senior leadership on talent strategy and market insights.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and data analytics tools to measure performance and inform hiring decisions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting high-growth, rapidly scaling organizations, with the ability to build and implement scalable recruiting processes, workforce planning strategies, and talent pipelines to meet evolving business demands.
Well-versed in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruiting practices, including developing diverse talent pipelines, mitigating bias in hiring processes, and partnering with leadership to drive inclusive hiring strategies and measurable outcomes.
WORK AUTHORIZATION
The ideal candidate for this role will have authorization to work in the US prior to joining TransGrid Energy LLC. The Company will not sponsor or offer assistance with the sponsorship for work authorization in the United States.
