What You'll Do
Architect and deliver scalable, high-availability web applications that run 24/7 and handle high volumes with ease,
Drive technical design and architectural decisions in collaboration with other engineers and stakeholders,
Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new ideas, tools, and approaches that level up the team,
Take ownership of technical debt and proactively identify improvements to system reliability and performance,
Partner closely with Product Management to shape roadmaps, define scope, and deliver meaningful value to customers and stakeholders,
Set and uphold engineering standards — code reviews, testing practices, CI/CD, and overall code quality,
Be the technical resource others turn to: unblock teammates, resolve complex problems, and share deep expertise,
Own team priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, keeping delivery predictable and transparent,
Continuously explore new technologies and bring forward ideas that push the team and product forward.
What You Bring
A degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience),
Significant hands-on experience in software engineering with a track record of technical leadership,
Deep expertise in modern frontend development: HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, React, and JavaScript,
Strong background in architecting large-scale, high-traffic applications for external customer-facing products,
Fluency in the full software development lifecycle — agile practices, code quality, testing, deployment, and maintenance,
Strong communication skills with the ability to present clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
A collaborative, generous attitude — the kind of person who makes the whole team better,
Ownership mentality — you see problems through to resolution and set the standard for your team.
