That’s why we’re looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner who’s ready to take charge of finding the people who’ll take it even further. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment, work hand-in-hand with hiring managers, and represent our team across Poland as we continue to expand our reach in the privacy-tech space.
If you want to:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across engineering, marketing, data, and other teams;Conduct HR interviews, assess role-specific requirements, and build strong professional relationships to expand your candidate network;Partner with and coach hiring managers to ensure alignment, adoption of best practices, and strategic decision-making throughout the recruitment process;Lead recruitment initiatives and projects that enhance how we attract, engage, and hire top talent;Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to support employer branding initiatives and partnerships in Poland;Represent the company externally (e.g., at meetups and job fairs) to strengthen our presence in the Polish market.
And you can check off:
Proven experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic, fast-paced, or global environment;Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management;A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy;Strong understanding of the Polish market;Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written).
