This role is designed for clinicians who are energized for growth and interested in developing their leadership skills while continuing to provide high-quality client care. As a Lead Therapist, you’ll play an important role in supporting your peers, helping strengthen collaboration within your small group pod, and contributing to the continued growth of our clinical community.
