To achieve our vision, we are searching for SETSS Teachers (Special Education Support Services Teachers) with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-2+ years of lead teaching experience (NY Special Education certification required), with a proven track record of accelerating student growth. In particular, we are in search of SETSS Teacher candidates that have demonstrated a talent and passion for working with students with Special Education designations.

We are hiring for immediate start dates for the current school year, as well as for the 2026–2027 school year, with a start date of July 27, 2026. The salary range for this position is between $62,000 and $106,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience teaching in a lead capacity in a school, NYS teacher certification status, and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.
