Legal Case Manager

PLAINTIFF'S PERSONAL INJURY law firm is looking for a full-time, EXPERIENCED CASE MANAGER who can handle all aspects of personal injury claims from A-Z, including, but not limited to, initial client contact, intakes, medical records requests, scheduling medical appointments, resolving PD and loss of use, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparing files for demand, and quality client care. 

In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, the position will require handling telephone calls and data entry.

Candidate must have an attention to detail and good communication skills. Candidate must also be well-organized, tech savvy, and able to work in a team environment. Overall, we are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated to succeed.  

The following qualifications are REQUIRED:

-       Proficiency w/Microsoft Office

-       Prior Experience w/Personal Injury Claims

-       Proficiency w/Computers and Technology

-       Ability to handle up to 100 Personal Injury Pre-litigation cases at a time

The following skills are PREFERRED:

-       Strong Vocabulary, Grammar, and Writing Skills

-       Fast Typing

-       Comfortable working in a Paperless system

-       Spanish Speaking is a huge +
