Legal matters related to investment, acquisition, and sale of industrial and logistics real estate projects in China, including due diligence, reviewing and addressing legal issues identified in projects, document drafting, negotiations, and responding to investor inquiries on legal matters.
Daily legal affairs in China: Reviewing, drafting, and revising various contracts and legal documents (including those related to project leasing, engineering, property management, operations, etc.); participating in the negotiation and signing of significant contracts, and monitoring the performance of various contracts; providing legal advice and opinions on legal issues arising during the company’s daily operations.
Fund-related matters in China, including fund establishment, financing negotiations, and document drafting and review.
Financing project matters in China, including document review and negotiations.
Other major legal matters in China.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Law;
1-3 years of legal work experience in real estate enterprises or law firms, with prior experience in the industrial and warehousing sector preferred;
Preference given to candidates who have passed the National Judicial Examination (now known as the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination);
Excellent written English skills, with a College English Test Band 6 (CET-6) certificate or equivalent proficiency;
Strong logical thinking and communication skills, quick learning ability, and good teamwork and coordination capabilities.
