Legal Officer
- Execute legal proceedings as instructed by supervisor ranging from information gathering to liaising with the solicitors to ensure the progress is on schedule and on the right track
- Review all legal documents of the Company vetted by solicitors
- Preferred with knowledge of perusal of commercial contract
- Follow-up with existing customers on loan repayment and redemption in professional and integrity way
- Keep good filing works of the legal documents
Requirements
- Diploma in Legal Studies is highly preferred, or equivalent qualifications, as well as HKQF level 3
- At least 2 years of legal working experience in litigation and/ or conveyancing matters is preferable
- Possess knowledge in legal documents including but not limited to court documents (i.e. pleadings, judgement and legal research), land search, mortgage and discharge
- Self-motivated, attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
