We will fully train you in all procedures, manuals and study! Upon the completion of training, you will be able to:
- Processes incoming “Portable Gas Detection Equipment” according to Apollo “Procedures”.
- Exhibit the ability to understand basics electronics and gas detection theory.
- Demonstrate proficiency in “Calibration Procedures” as outlines in all manufactured portable instruments instruction manuals.
- Follow all Apollo internal procedures.
- Be able to perform “Apollo Safety Basic Calibration Procedure”, as well as “Apollo Safety Premium or Technical Calibration Procedure”.
- Communicate with manufactures technical department.
- All Work this technical level will be “in-house”, however technician maybe required assisting other higher level technicians “on-site” at customers facility.
- Ability and willingness to take study materials home may be required.
Requirements
- Ability to repair and test precision mechanical instruments and systems including handling small-scale components
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills with attention to detail required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated while remaining part of a close knit Team.
- Strong priority and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Some customer interaction on the job may be required.
