Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

We are hiring an LCSW-C to deliver consistent mental health care in a fully virtual environment. This role focuses on direct therapy, clinical assessment, and long-term client support. You will work with a defined caseload and have the structure needed to provide steady, intentional care without in-person demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth
• Complete clinical assessments and diagnoses
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Track client progress and therapeutic outcomes
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
