Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually

Position Summary

We’re looking for an LCSW who is comfortable providing brief, high-impact therapy and collaborating with medical teams. This role supports adults through evidence-based interventions, screenings, and referrals within an integrated care model.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver short-term therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches
• Screen for behavioral health needs, trauma exposure, and substance use concerns
• Coordinate referrals and connect patients to community resources
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation in the EMR
• Support psychoeducational groups when needed
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination

Requirements

• MSW required
• Active CA LCSW license (ASW accepted; supervision provided)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Knowledge of DSM-5 and brief therapy strategies
• Comfort with EMR systems and basic office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Community health/integrated care background
• Trauma-informed care training
• Spanish fluency is a plus
