Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services in a fully remote setting. This role centers on client care, treatment coordination, and helping individuals navigate mental health challenges through structured, ongoing support. You will spend your time delivering therapy, documenting progress, and contributing to positive outcomes across a diverse client base.

Primary Duties

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to adult clients
• Assess psychosocial needs and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations
• Support clients with goal-oriented therapeutic strategies
• Coordinate care as needed with internal clinical teams

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in the state of Maine
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Clinical experience providing mental health therapy
• Familiarity with telehealth service delivery
• Ability to manage time and caseload independently
