Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually

Position Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide brief, evidence-based therapy in an integrated primary care setting. You’ll support adult patients managing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions while coordinating closely with the care team for a streamlined, supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide short-term therapy (10–12 sessions) using evidence-based approaches
• Conduct screenings for trauma exposure and substance use concerns
• Collaborate with primary care providers on coordinated treatment planning
• Provide referrals and resource connections as appropriate
• Complete timely clinical documentation in the EMR
• Participate in case consults and interdisciplinary meetings

Requirements

• MSW from an accredited program
• Active California LCSW license (ASW accepted; supervision provided)
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
• Familiarity with DSM-5 and brief therapy models
• Basic computer proficiency; EMR experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Community health or integrated care experience
• Trauma-informed training
• Spanish fluency is a plus
