Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide structured telehealth therapy services. This role centers on delivering consistent mental health support, helping clients manage emotional concerns, improve coping skills, and work toward measurable treatment goals in a virtual environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth systems
• Perform psychosocial evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Develop, review, and update treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
• Participate in internal case reviews as required

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active LICSW or LPMHC license in Delaware
• Prior experience in outpatient or virtual mental health care
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting
