Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families across Nebraska. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy delivered through a secure virtual platform. Your work will support clients as they navigate behavioral, emotional, and relationship challenges, while maintaining consistent clinical documentation and ethical care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide ongoing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with internal clinical teams when appropriate
• Adhere to Nebraska licensing and telehealth regulations

Requirements

• Active Nebraska LMFT license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing outpatient mental health services
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
