Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually

Position Summary

We are hiring an LMFT to provide brief therapy for adult patients, supporting common concerns like anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. You’ll work within a collaborative integrated care model focused on accessible, coordinated support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based therapy interventions
• Support brief treatment planning with clear goals and progress tracking
• Screen for trauma and substance use concerns
• Facilitate psychoeducation and skill-based groups when assigned
• Complete documentation in the EMR accurately and on time
• Participate in care team meetings and consults

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Active CA LMFT license (AMFT accepted; supervision provided)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Familiarity with DSM-5 and brief therapy approaches
• Basic proficiency with office tools and EMR systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Integrated care/community clinic experience
• Trauma-informed care training
• Spanish fluency is a plus
