Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Location: North Richmond, CA

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annually, plus health insurance and full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

This role provides direct mental health services to community members through structured outpatient care. You’ll focus on consistent therapeutic delivery, clear documentation, and collaborative treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions in an outpatient setting
• Create and maintain treatment plans and progress notes
• Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate with clinic staff and healthcare partners
• Follow all state and clinic compliance requirements

Requirements

• Active California mental health license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
• Experience in clinic or outpatient behavioral health settings
• Strong organizational and clinical judgment skills
