Your Job
 
As the Lifestyle Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will support the development of  marketing program plans within the seasonal campaigns and working with cross functional marketing teams to execute respective channel plans to ensure integration and alignment to the seasonal lifestyle campaign strategy.
 
You will work with the internal creative team and external agencies to bring marketing plans to life and drive the localization and/or origination of EMEA relevant content while ensuring consistent seasonal executions across EMEA. You will be responsible for distributing key marketing documents including weekly updates, marketing calendars, copy matrix or functional timelines. In addition, you will help ensure that campaign messages are clear and consistent across EMEA, assist with the translations process, and support the team in using efficient processes and resources.
 
You will support the Lifestyle Category Manager EMEA on retail partner meetings, planning, and execution of campaigns with key retail partners in key cities across the region. You will also collaborate closely with the Global Lifestyle teams to build out process for the category and ensure fully integrated marketing campaigns come to life in EMEA. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the integrated timeline and ensure aligned execution across the Brooks activation team.
  • Collect feedback from key team members and share updates with everyone involved, including the US Integrated marketing teams, EMEA integrated marketing manager, and country marketing teams.
  • Coordinate the creation and localization of content for current season activities, working with Brooks marketing channel owners and external agencies or internal creative teams.
  • Learn to use tools such as Airtable, Sharepoint and Teams; assist team members on the usage of these tools providing training or assistance when needed.
  • Assist with the localization and creation of seasonal materials like workbooks, tech guides, product videos, and content documents, ensuring all stakeholder inputs are captured and up to date.
  • Work with Brooks creative team and/or external agencies on the localization and origination of seasonal sell-in and sell-through materials including workbook, tech guides, product videos, master content documentations. Ensure key stakeholder inputs are accurately captured and information is up to date.
  • Work with the GTM team in the organization, logistics and content creation for the seasonal EMEA GTM.
  • Communicate daily with retail partners to plan, execute, and report on marketing activations under their control. 
  • Support the Lifestyle Category Manager with sell-in/sales preparation and delivery, with extensive travel around the region. 
  • Work with the creative team on the planning and execution of seasonal photo shoots.
  • Support the integration and development of seasonal and campaign reports in close collaboration with EMEA and in country teams.
  • Track all lifestyle marketing related expenses and ensure forecasted invoices are received on time.
  • Other responsibilities as required.

  • Qualifications:

  • University degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or creative project management 
  • Proficient English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills. Any additional EU languages are considered a plus.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to act on the runner consumer centric approach with the brand goal in mind. 
  • Attention to detail, organized and can multi-task detailed projects.
  • Results oriented and passion for seeing through projects to the end.
  • Willingness to support team members during critical deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-starter and hungry to learn about and implement new types of marketing programs.
  • Ability to generate new ideas and creative solutions.
  • Ability to understand and have empathy towards different marketing cultures and dynamics preferred. International business experience is a plus.
  • Fosters a collaborative working environment.
  • Ability to travel as necessary - likely 2x per month with more during seasonal peaks.
