The Paralegal will serve as a key liaison between the Legal and Revenue Operations teams, providing critical support in the company's contracting and compliance workflows. This role will have primary responsibility for managing and completing Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and will own significant portions of the NDA, vendor, and revenue contracting processes. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of cross-functional workflows, who can operate independently while managing complex documentation.

This is a full-time exempt role with a base salary plus benefits. A final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience, and the Company's pay equity.
