The Location Support Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting Life.Church locations through a combination of administrative coordination and hands-on logistical support. This role contributes to the day-to-day operations of the Central campus by assisting with physical setup and teardown of internal meetings and is also integral in stewarding key administrative functions such as budget tracking, vendor documentation, and contract-related processes. This role is responsible for providing administrative and logistical
support in coordination with their team’s efforts to further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.
What You’ll Do
Provide primary administrative coordination for the Location Support team, including vendor communication, invoicing, documentation, and tracking action items.Manage and maintain organized records related to contracts, ICA processes, and operational documentation in partnership with Legal and Central teams.Coordinate, support, and execute basic room setup and resets for large internal meetings.Support budget stewardship by tracking expenses, monitoring processes, and helping maintain financial clarity for the team.
Skills Needed to Succeed
Effective at multi-tasking, time management, and follow up in order to meet committed timelines.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in order to foster relationships and partnerships.Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, make independent decisions, and problem-solve.High School Diploma or GED.1-3 years of relevant experience.
