Locker Room Staff ǀ Riverside Golf Club
Riverside Golf Club is looking for dedicated Locker Room Staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a welcoming environment for our guests. The Locker Room Staff will manage guest transitions between the golf course and locker room facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all members and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker room facilities, including showers, saunas, and changing areas.
- Assist guests with their needs, including the handling of golf bags and personal items.
- Ensure the proper functioning of all locker room amenities, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide towels, toiletries, and beverages to guests as needed, promoting a hospitable atmosphere.
- Monitor the locker area, ensuring guest security and privacy is maintained at all times.
- Engage with guests to provide information about facilities, services, and the club's offerings.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down for events or busy periods, ensuring all areas are guest-ready.
Requirements
- High School or Diploma in Hospitality background.
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreational industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving items.
