Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards
Qualifications
What’s Required
Michigan LPN licensure - Graduation from a recognized school of nursing
One-year acute care or long term care facility nursing experience
Prior home health experience preferred
