At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We are looking for a Teach Lead Manager who’s ready to deep dive into the hard problems of physical manipulation (trying to match with software the millions of years of development leading to the human hand + eye) and at the same time build a healthy team.

What skills we’d like you to have:
7+ years of experience in developing machine learning systemsVery good working knowledge and technical capabilities to understand, expand and debug deep learning models for computer visionDrive to see the final outcomes: from proof of concept to productionisation.Proven leadership experience (although not necessarily as a line manager)Great problem-solving skills and advanced knowledge of PythonExcellent data analysis, problem-solving and communication skillsFluent communication in EnglishNice to have:
Experience in LLM, VLM or VLA modelsProficiency in SQL.
