Flora Food Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations at our Ergene Factory. The role ensures the reliability, safety and efficiency of production equipment while driving continuous improvement and minimizing downtime.
What you will do
- Lead maintenance for processing, refining, packaging equipment and utilities.
- Manage maintenance teams, planning and spare parts.
- Drive preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure equipment reliability and optimal OEE.
- Manage contractors and technical projects.
- Recruit, train and coach maintenance teams.
- Uphold strong safety standards and support HACCP compliance.
- Analyse technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Manage budgets, maintenance records and KPIs.
So, what it takes to succeed
- BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related engineering.
- 7+ years maintenance experience in food/FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical and automation systems.
- Experience with SAP PM / CMMS, TPM / WCM.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP.
- Edible oil processing or refining.
- Utilities systems (steam, boilers, air, cooling towers).
- Predictive maintenance tools.
- Reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
