About the position
As Senior Brand Manager you are part of the Marketing team reporting into the Head of Marketing NL. You'll join a very close and collaborative team that shares the brand-portfolio and activity plans. You will also work closely with the Sales and Category team.
You will be driving brand performance using data-driven approach: monitoring brand performance vs KPIs together with return on investment of advertising and promotions and using these insights to make recommendations & anticipating threats/opportunities. You will be leveraging insights from market research, category and brand performance, market trends, consumer behavior, etc. to drive continuous improvement.
In this role, you will work on brand plans creation & execution for Blue Band, with focus on outstanding activations that drive penetration for these key brands. Conception, coordination and execution of marketing activities (incl. campaigns, activation concepts) in accordance with Brand guidelines don't have any secrets for you.
With internal / external agencies and internal stakeholders, you'll work on the delivery of key initiatives in a timely manner with excellence.
You will lead the locally relevant product launch process of all innovations and renovation from planning to execution including all trade marketing materials. You will also build on local market understanding to generate insights and foresights as input for the definition, implementation and steering of local growth plans.
Not only will you have responsibility for the independent analysis of the performance drivers including the derivation of recommendations for action but also for a full A&P.
You will provide input to agree on local strategic pricing and pricing guidelines.
In close collaboration with sales team & European stakeholders, you will raise the bar for better impact of marketing in the Netherlands using data-driven marketing and excellent consumer insights to be locally relevant, culturally resonant, and faster than competition in everything we do.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
With a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any business-related field and a minimum 6 years of marketing experience with proven track record in the FMCG industry, you are now with a deep passion for building brands and you have a holistic marketing skill set with strong consumer orientation and the ability to translate ideas and passion into execution and financial results.
A performance mindset is essential and should be reflected not only in the personality, but also through strong commercial and financial acumen combined with excellent analytical skills.
Besides being a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You haveproven project management skills, exceptional planning and organisational skills, ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
You describe yourself as a determined person with a hands-on mentality. You show a lot of resilience, initiative, commercial thinking and you enjoy agile working in a fast-paced environment. We operate in a global environment so both your Dutch and English language skills are near native or bilingual.
