Join our team as a Maintenance Technician II!
The Maintenance Technician II performs intermediate-level preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems. This role diagnoses mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues, completes repairs, supports equipment installations and upgrades, and helps improve machine uptime and reliability. Works independently on routine tasks and under guidance for complex troubleshooting
Shift: M – Thurs. (5pm – 3am)
What you will do
Perform scheduled maintenance on machine tools including cleaning, lubrication, filter changing, belt replacement, adjustments, and basic repairs
Become more proficient with complex repairs as required
Complete occasional CAD projects required within the Facilities and maintenance departments
Assist with implementation and maintenance of CMMS program
Adhere to all quality and safety standards within the department
Maintain clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency, and utilization
Continually seek to improve processes
Comply with all company quality and safety standards
Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned
What it takes
High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical school or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or related field preferred.
3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience (or equivalent military experience) in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Basic electrical knowledge up to 480V, experience with motors, starters, relays, and VFDs.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and basic PLC ladder logic.
Proficient with common hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment (multimeter, clamp meter).
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritize work under production pressure.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus point to have
Prior experience with Injection molding machines and CNC
