Maintenance Worker - plumber and HVAC worker

Must Have Skills:

• Free Parking onsite

• EPA- Certification is a plus, however not required

• Role will work under licensed plumber and hvac worker

• Reliable transportation

Minimum High School Diploma Must have skills: Top candidates would have both Commercial /Industrial plumbing and knowledge of HVAC (AHU’s, exhaust fans, etc.)

Must have skills: • Proficient with hand and power tools: pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, threading machines, pressure test pumps, gauges

• Experience with various piping materials: copper, PVC, PEX, steel

• Familiarity with: o Water supply, drainage, gas, steam, and HVAC piping systems o Steam and hot water system repairs/ Chilled water systems and HVAC piping o basic plumbing skills) o Performing preventative maintenance on mechanical systems o Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation. o Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. o Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements. o Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation. o Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues. Preferred/ Nice to Have Skills: o Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed. o Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
