Manager / Deputy Manager - Accounting
- Lead and oversee the accounting department, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
- Supervise tax planning, compliance, and statutory filings.
- Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives in accounting and finance operations.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team to build strong financial capabilities
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, IFRS, and corporate taxation.
- Proven experience in managing audits and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global business environment
