As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent guest service, and coordinating all departments during your shift. You will handle guest requests, manage emergencies, support VIP arrivals, and maintain the highest standards across the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations and act as the management representative during your shift.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Security, etc.
- Prepare reports, monitor team performance, and support staff development.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in hotel management software (PMS) such as OPERA.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and management best practices.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
