Manager/ Senior Manager - Controlling

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/ Senior Manager - Controlling to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead our financial controlling function, driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to support decision-making across the organization.

• Oversee the financial controlling team, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement robust financial control systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial plans with organizational goals
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance and profitability
• Manage cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimization across the organization
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth audit processes
• Drive the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools to improve reporting capabilities and efficiency
• Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management for informed decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master's degree in Finance preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in financial controlling or related field, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with data visualization tools and the ability to present complex financial information clearly
• In-depth knowledge of financial controlling principles, best practices, and Indian accounting standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement innovative solutions
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
