The Role
Clear, accurate, and scalable documentation is foundational to delivering a connected experience across our platform. As Manager, Support Documentation, you will lead the strategy, governance, and operations behind our customer-facing documentation systems. You will oversee a team of writers and documentation specialists, ensuring our knowledge base and support content are structured, reliable, and continuously improving. This role is both strategic and operational, requiring strong systems thinking, content governance discipline, and cross-functional partnership.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop a team of technical writers and documentation specialistsOwn documentation strategy, governance, and lifecycle managementOversee publishing workflows and release documentation processesAdminister and optimize our Content Management SystemImprove information architecture, taxonomy, tagging, and navigation structuresUse analytics to improve search success, article effectiveness, and self-service performancePartner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to align documentation with product evolutionDrive continuous improvement in knowledge management practicesStrengthen documentation processes that support AI-enabled support experiences
What you bring:
3+ years of people management experience leading documentation or content teamsStrong knowledge management experience, including scalable information architectureHands-on experience managing customer-facing knowledge basesExperience administering CMS platforms and optimizing publishing workflowsExperience using analytics and SEO insights to improve discoverabilityStrong cross-functional collaboration skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsComfort operating in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environmentBonus points if you:
Have experience with enterprise CMS or CCMS platforms such as Intercom, Paligo, Heretto, or Adobe Experience ManagerHave familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAGHave experience supporting AI-driven help center capabilities

Compensation range
The salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $95,000 CAD. Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions. The range shown reflects base salary only and does not include stock options, wellness stipends, or other benefits that are part of Fullscript’s total rewards package.
Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location. We review pay regularly to stay aligned with market data and internal equity. Benefits and total rewards may vary by region.
