We are seeking a Manager, UX Content Strategy to lead the evolution of content across our platform, integrator.io, and build a unified, scalable, user-centered content ecosystem.

You will influence product strategy, shape UX patterns, and ensure users have clear and intuitive pathways through complex technical workflows.

This is not a role focused on producing standalone content. It is a systems-level UX leadership role centered on architecting a sustainable, intelligent, and user-centered content ecosystem that scales with both the product and its AI-driven future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the content strategy for our SaaS platform  Integrator.io across UX writing, in-product guidance, and documentation.
  • Define scalable content systems, including product voice and tone, terminology, information architecture, taxonomy, and governance standards.
  • Oversee microcopy and the copy that supports end-to-end user workflows, ensuring clarity across task flows, configuration steps, system interactions, and troubleshooting paths, along with onboarding, error states, notifications, and contextual help.
  • Influence interaction design through content-first thinking, language-led UX patterns, and participation in design critiques and product reviews.
  • Transform documentation into structured, contextual, AI-ready content aligned with in-product experiences.
  • Partner with UX Research to test language, validate user comprehension, and run content experiments.
  • Use analytics, search data, and telemetry to measure content performance and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate early with Product, Design, Engineering, Support, and Data teams to shape user flows and support product decisions through content.
  • Manage platform and documentation content audits, accessibility compliance, localization readiness, and general content operations.
  • Establish governance for human- and AI-generated content, including quality review and structured content models.
  • Manage and lead a hybrid team of UX writers and technical documentation specialists based in the US and India.
How Success Is Measured
  • Improved task completion rates, time-on-task, and error reduction in complex workflows
  • Increased user comprehension and confidence as demonstrated through usability testing and research
  • Reduced support burden through clearer in-product guidance and documentation
  • Consistency, scalability, and reuse of terminology and structured content across the platform
