The Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Production Manager to lead daily operations across a high-volume print production environment. You’ll manage a team of ~30 operators, oversee multiple equipment lines, and ensure jobs move efficiently from start to finish.
This is a front-line leadership role—you’re on the floor, setting the pace, reinforcing standards, and driving results every day.
