We’re looking for a Contract Marketing Associate to support the execution of our demand generation and broader marketing programs. This is a hands-on role focused on bringing campaigns to life across email, CRM, events, and digital channels.
You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to execute campaigns, support product marketing initiatives, and help drive pipeline through high-quality, detail-oriented work. This role sits at the center of the marketing team and is a great opportunity to gain exposure across demand generation, product marketing, and events.
This is an ideal role for someone new in marketing who is excited to learn, take ownership of execution, and develop a strong foundation in modern B2B marketing.
Campaign & Demand Gen Execution
Support the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns
Build and launch emails, landing pages, and basic workflows in Marketo (or similar tools)
Assist with audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign setup
Ensure campaigns are QA’d, scheduled, and launched on time
CRM & Marketing Operations
Create and manage lists, reports, and campaign tracking in Salesforce
Maintain data quality and support accurate attribution
Help manage lead flow, routing, and campaign performance tracking
Product Marketing Support
Assist with messaging updates, product launches, and go-to-market efforts
Help draft and edit content across email, landing pages, and sales enablement materials
Support updates to website and campaign assets based on positioning changes
Events & Field Marketing Support
Help coordinate logistics and execution for events (virtual and in-person)
Support pre- and post-event campaigns (emails, lists, follow-ups)
Track leads and performance from events and ensure proper follow-up
Content & Copywriting
Write and refine copy for emails, landing pages, ads, and campaigns
Support testing of messaging and creative variations
Ensure consistency across marketing touchpoints
Performance & Optimization
Track campaign performance and report on key metrics
Identify areas for improvement in conversion and engagement
Support ongoing testing and optimization efforts
Team Support & Execution
Work closely with the marketing lead to execute on priorities
Help keep projects moving by coordinating across stakeholders
Jump in on ad hoc marketing initiatives as needed
Required
1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation
Familiarity with B2B marketing and pipeline generation
Experience with tools like Marketo, HubSpot, and/or Salesforce
Comfortable working with data, segmentation, and campaign setup
Strong attention to detail and execution quality
Solid writing and communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Familiarity with lead lifecycle and funnel metrics
Exposure to campaign analytics and reporting
Experience collaborating with sales teams
Direct impact on pipeline and revenue
Hands-on ownership of real campaigns and systems

Hourly Rate: $25–$35/hr depending on experience
