About Glomo

At Glomo, we’re on a mission to simplify cross-border payments by making them faster, transparent, and more accessible. As we scale, we’re looking for a Marketing Associate to help drive our content strategy, manage digital and offline campaigns, and build Glomo’s presence across industry platforms.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Drive execution of Glomo’s content calendar across blogs, social media, newsletters, and product updates.

  • Publish industry-specific blogs and thought-leadership pieces.

  • Highlight customer success stories, case studies, and metrics-driven narratives.

  • Draft product release notes, announcements, and updates.

  • Create event-driven content showcasing Glomo’s participation in industry forums, especially around GIFT City.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow Glomo’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms.

  • Curate and share industry news while amplifying Glomo’s thought leadership.

  • Support SEO and digital campaign efforts to improve reach and engagement.

  • Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.

Offline Marketing & Events

  • Coordinate Glomo’s participation in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Manage pre-event promotions, onsite branding, and post-event amplification.

  • Build local visibility within GIFT City and other strategic hubs.

Market Research & Insights

  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform marketing strategies.

  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and suggest optimization strategies.

Who You Are

  • Experience: at least 2+ years in marketing within a Payments, Fintech, or SaaS environment (required).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).

  • Skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.

    • Proficient with Canva (or similar tools) for creating quick, on-brand visuals.

    • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity in marketing tasks.

    • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset.
