Agriterra Equipment is one of North America’s largest AGCO dealers representing exceptional brands including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Bourgault, Morris, and Cub Cadet. We have grown from three locations (in 2013) to 9 in 2026 and have been consistently in AGCO’s North America’s Circle of Excellence Top 20 dealer group.
We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Coordinator to join our corporate team. The ideal candidate will be based in the Edmonton area, but we will consider candidates who reside within commuting distance of our branch locations. This is an exciting, role where you will be executing the annual marketing plan and work with the management team to drive our marketing initiatives.
What makes the role exciting and what does it involve?
- Execute an annual marketing plan for the company.
- Develop lead generation strategies to help support growth of the company.
- Event planning, trade shows, sales meetings and other activities.
- Manage social media accounts, running marketing campaigns and driving traffic.
- Creating marketing collateral for social media, marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
- Providing marketing reports on a quarterly basis in regard to the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to the Executive Team, identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
- Consult with external agencies, and supplier partners as needed for marketing.
- Travel throughout Alberta as required.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a marketing position working as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager, Marketing Advisor or similar role.
- A post-secondary degree in Marketing would be preferred.
- An exceptional ability to partner with Sales and Leadership teams to identify marketing needs and presenting solutions.
- A creative problem solver, you are solutions oriented.
- Experience or understanding with the farm community.
