You’ll be joining the Marketing Effectiveness team within the Global Marketing Organisation. Our mission is to create a complete understanding of how our activity, channels, and tactics influence customer behaviour and business outcomes.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Strategic Partnership: Partner with Brand and Planning teams to embed effectiveness principles throughout the campaign development and planning process.

Best Practice Advocacy: Champion marketing effectiveness best practices to guide creative development and media planning across the global organisation.
Measurement Enablement: Develop the tools and communication frameworks that help marketing teams apply data insights in a consistent, practical way.
Performance Culture: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance marketing performance and learning integration.
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant Expertise in Marketing Effectiveness: Deep understanding of MMM, brand tracking, and test-and-learn methodologies, ideally within a large consumer brand or agency.
Analytical Translation: Proven ability to turn complex data into strategic stories and recommendations that influence high-level marketing decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working effectively with diverse teams, from highly technical Data Scientists to conceptual Creative leads.
