You will take full ownership of the marketing engine, focusing on content distribution and community growth. Working directly with the COO, you will transform long-form podcast content into viral social assets, manage multi-channel distribution, and engage with industry voices. The ideal candidate:

• Deeply familiar with social media algorithms and internet culture, with a talent for creating click-worthy hooks

• Proactive and organized enough to own projects from initial briefing through to performance analysis and optimization

• Proficient with creative tools such as Figma, Canva, and basic video editing software like CapCut or Descript
