Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Relationship Marketing Manager — someone who turns handshakes into conversations and opportunities. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk marketing role. You’ll be out in the community attending events, meeting business owners, building relationships, and becoming a recognizable face in the local business scene. If you're the type of person who walks into a room and loves having conversations, remembers names, enjoys networking, and genuinely likes meeting people, this role was built for you. You’ll help grow our presence by creating real human relationships with business leaders, partners, and prospects across the Southlake area. High energy. High visibility. Huge impact on growth.

You must be:
• Based in or near Southlake, Texas (non-negotiable)
• Comfortable attending networking events, meetups, and business gatherings
• Skilled at relationship building and follow-ups
• Have strong organizational and communication skills
• Available to attend local events regularly
