As Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge in establishing SearcHive as the premier hiring system for the finance industry. This high-impact role blends strategic brand positioning with hands-on execution across content, growth, and community. You will own the marketing function, driving candidate and client acquisition while scaling the brand's presence globally.

Location: London, UK or Remote

What you will do:

• Execute multi-channel growth campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and social media to acquire high-intent finance candidates and B2B clients

• Develop sharp, consistent brand messaging and thought-leadership content that distills complex AI and finance concepts into compelling human narratives

• Partner with the product team to create walkthroughs, demo materials, and go-to-market strategies for new feature releases and platform innovations

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 3–5 years of marketing experience within the Tech, SaaS, or Recruitment sectors, demonstrating a strong commercial and growth-oriented mindset

• Features exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to manage end-to-end content production, from social calendars to lead-generation nurture sequences

• Demonstrates proficiency with design tools like Canva or Figma and a data-driven approach to tracking funnel performance and campaign analytics
