Position Purpose

Marketing Manager is responsible for the communication and maintenance of global brand values, aligning market and brand strategies, providing a clear vision and position to the brand, and keeping track of business performance, opportunities and threats. The Marketing Manager also acts as the direct contact for all commercial and marketing activities with both retailers and the brand.

 

Main Roles and Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning

  • Plan, develop, and implement market-specific marketing strategies aligned with global brand objectives
  • Build, manage, and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of brand principles and consistently communicate brand values to all clients and retailers

Media, Communications & PR

  • Work closely with regional, in-house, and external creative agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand values
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on planning, budgeting, and implementation of events, PR, and media activities
  • Manage brand and PR events to build strong brand awareness, visibility, and positive business impact, contributing to market share growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), media, and relevant stakeholders

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms in line with brand strategy
  • Analyze campaign performance, summarize key metrics, and deliver actionable insights through internal marketing reports
  • Stay up to date with PR, digital, and social media trends, proactively identifying opportunities to drive brand growth

Performance Tracking & Investment Management

  • Manage A&P budgets with clear investment plans, defined KPIs, and ROI measurement
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness using both quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to optimize future initiatives

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in relevant areas. Preferably in beauty or FMCG.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly independent, resourceful, and confident in decision-making.
  • Strong brand strategy and marketing execution capabilities
  • Solid understanding of PR, media, digital, and social marketing ecosystems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and ROI evaluation
