Marketing Manager - Russia

The role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities for the Russian market.
The role reports directly to the Head of Sales Russia/CSI & Middle East and will be responsible for the execution of local marketing plans and alignment with HQ Marketing.

Requirements:
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields.
Professional Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in comparable marketing roles (preferably as Marketing Manager).
- Experience in the food industry and strong knowledge of the Russian market.
- Ability to work across both Gourmet and Foodservice/FM channels.
- Native Russian speaker.
- English level B2 or higher (mandatory).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and problem‑solving approach.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly.
Language Skills:
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working hours: Full time, 9:00–18:00
