Job Overview:

We’re helping our client, a ritual-shifting, mushroom-powered brand rethinking mornings and fueling human potential find a Marketing Project Manager to keep creative campaigns and brand initiatives on track.

In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end lifecycles for marketing campaigns, launches, and cross-functional brand initiatives. You’ll be the central hub between creative, brand, and growth teams, ensuring everything moves from idea to execution seamlessly, on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for marketing campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Create timelines, assign tasks, and coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Partner with brand, creative, and growth teams to align priorities and resources.
• Track deliverables and dependencies, escalating blockers before they become issues.
• Own project documentation (briefs, schedules, updates) to keep everyone aligned.
• Lead post-mortems to extract learnings and improve processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a similar vertical  (ideally with a marketing or creative team).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and cross-functional.
• Proactive, solutions-first mindset.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
